It is extremely useful in Bread and Rusk manufacturing plants. It is a juncture where rounded dough balls are taken from the Rounder and transported to a Moulder. There’s hardly any human contact and it’s extremely hygienic and safe to operate. There are flaps on the conveyor to ensure dough doesn’t get displaced and falls exactly in the center of the Moulder. It comes with an emergency Stop button keeping in mind the safety standards. It has a capacity of 2000 pcs/hour that saves a lot of time and effort.

Inlet and  Take off Conveyor

It’s easy to handle dough in an utmost hygienic environment with our band new Inlet and Takeoff conveyor. Once the dough balls are placed on the inlet conveyor, it ensures a smooth transitioning of the dough to the take off conveyor belt.
