Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a clean bowl and knead till they are soft and smooth(except the cherries) using the Planetary mixture

2. Make small, round balls from the dough and arrange 1/2' apart on the baking tray using the Cookie dropping machine.

3. Cut each cherry into equal parts and press on each part of the cookies.

4. Bake at 160c for 15-20 minutes using our Rotary Rack Oven.

 Enjoy and serve these delicious hot biscuits.
