Masala biscuits

Let's make some hot and fresh Masala biscuits by following the steps below:

Maida200 grams
Marvo Fat100 grams
Sugar1 tea spoon
Salt1/2 tea spoon
Green Chilies10 grams
Curry Leaves10 grams
Mint Leaves10 grams
Coriender leaves10 grams


1. Rub in fat and then add sugar and salt
2. Mix the masala mixture and knead it to a soft dough using the Planetary mixture.

3. Roll the dough into a thin sheet 1/8" thickness and cut in with a biscuit cutter.

4. Place it on a baking tray little apart using the Cookie Dropping Machine.

5. Bake at 160c for 20 minutes using Rotary Rack Oven.

Enjoy and serve these delicious hot biscuits.
