Let's make some fresh and crispy salt biscuits by following the steps below:

Maida200 grams
Sugar1 table spoon
Marvo fat100 grams
Salt1 table spoon
Milk powder1 table spoon
Custard powder1 table spoon
Omum1 table spoon
Jeera1 table spoon
Water15 ml


 1. Rub fat with maida

2. Dissolve salt and sugar in water

3. Add to maida, knead to soft and smooth dough using Planetary mixer

4. Divide the dough into small lemon size balls and arrange in baking tray, leaving 1" space between each biscuit using Cookie dropping machine

5. Dock the balls and bake at 160c for 20 minutes using Rotary Rack Oven.

Enjoy and serve these delicious hot biscuits.
