Let's make some delicious brad roll by following the steps below:

Maida500 grams
Water300 ml
Marvo fat20 grams
Milk powder15 grams
Yeast10 grams
Salt10 grams
Sugar30 grams


1. Sieve maid and add yeast.

2.Dissolve salt and sugar in the water and add to the maida and make soft and smooth dough, using more water if necessary. knead in fat to the dough using the Spiral mixer.

3.Ferment the dough for 30 minutes

4.Divide the dough into 20 equal portions and make round balls using the Dough divider.

5.Shape them into different type of bread rolls using the Moulder.

6.Keep it in proofing chamber till it doubles it's size Proofing chamber.

7. Bake at 200c for 25-30 minutes using Rotary rack oven and glaze with fat after baking
