CS Aerotherm presents a rotary rack oven especially designed for large bakeries. It can make 1344 loaves of bread or 3456 buns in an hour in optimum working conditions. It is extremely safe to operate with an analog or a touch screen PLC panel. You can save energy with its unique airflow design and thermal efficiency. This rotary rack oven is made of stainless steel and comes in Electrical/Gas/Diesel/CNG/PNG/LDO options.
