Overview
Our Mould Loading System and Mould Unloading System automate the handling of moulds for tunnel ovens. The unloader follows on from the loader and works on a similar principle, with similar components.
Once baking is done, the moulds are transferred onto a roller conveyor, which is switched on by a beam sensor. This gives the moulds a safe passage as they come out of the tunnel oven.
