Overview

Make uniform pizza bases in the blink of an eye — bases are automatically de-panned after shaping. Produces 2,400–2,800 pizza bases per hour depending on size (the bigger the size the lesser the capacity). Pizza sizes range from 6 to 12 inches with interchangeable rollers. Stainless steel frame makes it robust and hygienic. Package includes Spiral Mixer CSM-75, Two Trolley Proofer, Automatic Pizza Machine and Rotary Rack Oven B-1100.
